• Eligibility & Accounts: Users must be at least 13 years old. All user account information must be accurate and up-to-date; any misuse may result in account suspension or termination. 
• Booking Confirmation: Slots are considered booked only after full payment. A booking confirmation (email/SMS) serves as your proof.
• Facility Rules & Liability: Users must follow venue-specific rules; any damage or loss caused by users will be charged. BookSporty acts as a platform only and is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
• Behavior & Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct (including vulgarity, aggression, or misuse of facilities) may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of fees.
• No Automated Access: Automated bots or scraping tools to access BookSporty are strictly prohibited.
• Indemnity & Waiver: Users agree to hold BookSporty harmless from any loss, claims, or legal action arising from their use of booked facilities.
• Policy Updates: BookSporty may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance. 

A. User-Initiated Cancellations:

• ≥48 hours before slot: Full refund minus ₹50 service fee.
• 24–48 hours before slot: 50% refund of booking amount.
• <24 hours before slot or no-show: No refund.

B. Venue-Initiated Cancellations:

• If the venue cancels: Full refund including service fee + assistance in rebooking or conversion to voucher.

C. Refund Timeline:

• Refunds processed within 7 working days.
• Payment gateway fees may be deducted from refund.

D. Policy Amendments:

• BookSporty reserves the right to revise this policy; changes will be communicated via app or email.  

• Allowed ≥24 hours before the slot.
• Unlimited if availability allows; may require paying any fare difference.
• No extra fee charged.

B. Venue-Initiated Changes:

• If the venue changes slot (e.g. facility closures), users may:
• Accept the alternate slot, or
• Reschedule at no cost subject to availability, or
• Request full refund.  

C. Late Reschedule Requests (<24 hrs):

• Allowed once per booking with a rescheduling charge.
• Balance (if any) credited as BookSporty voucher.

D. No-Show Handling:

• No rescheduling or refund for no-shows.
